Our education system is facing significant challenges. Schools today are understaffed, underfunded, and tasked with implementing unrealistic changes, particularly for Black and Brown youth who come from environments where education may not be prioritized. These systemic limitations create barriers that make it difficult for schools to meet the complex needs of marginalized children and families.

Today's children and youth face another challenge: shortened attention spans. With the influence of modern technology and media, capturing and maintaining their focus has become increasingly difficult. This makes traditional methods of engagement less effective, leaving schools struggling to connect with students and make meaningful progress.
