About the Founder

Andrew Harris, PsyD, MA, LPC, ADDC, NCC, NCSP

Rich Trajectories was founded by Dr. Andrew Harris, a dedicated leader with over 13 years of experience serving and studying all major systems within our country. Dr. Harris holds a strong academic foundation, including:

•  A Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology

•  A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling

•  A Secondary Master's degree in School Psychology

•  A Doctorate in Psychology with an emphasis on School Psychology

Through his extensive work and education, Dr. Harris has gained invaluable insight into the challenges faced by marginalized youth, particularly within educational, social, and judicial systems.

A New Vision for Impact

While Dr. Harris does not provide mental health or psychological services through Rich Trajectories, his unique programs aim to make a profound impact in communities across California and Colorado. By implementing alternative, incentive-based programs, he is addressing the systemic barriers that hinder the success of young people.

Fighting the School-to-Prison Pipeline

Dr. Harris is deeply committed to breaking the cycle of the school-to-prison pipeline, particularly for Black and Brown children and young men. He believes that Rich Trajectories offers the best chance to combat this theory by inspiring intrinsic motivation, fostering growth, and providing meaningful opportunities for youth to rewrite their futures.
